Enabling organisational development and alignment
Michael Jennings started working with Footdown when he was the Chief Executive of Hydro International in 2014. With branches all over the world, Hydro International was looking for better alignment and an effective strategy that would enable all teams to work better together, develop stronger working relationships and effective communications systems.
By identifying shared values and developing a common perspective, the company was able to understand the organisational challenges ahead and adjust accordingly.
