Di Howard is an Associate Consultant at Footdown and Director of Myriad Projects Ltd. Di is a commercially focused, customer experience and change management professional with over 20 years’ experience working in-house, major consultancy and as a freelance consultant. She has designed change programmes across a number of sectors ensuring activities are achievable and deliver business success. Di helps businesses to identify what is required to deliver the customer experience they want, developing and implementing sustainable programmes across all levels of an organisation with the processes, attitudes and behaviours needed to keep the customer at the centre of decision making. 
 
Di’s work for Myriad Projects includes delivering significant customer experience and change management programmes for blue chip organisations such as: Lloyds TSB, British Gas, BSkyB, npower, Royal Mail, Shop Direct, Vodafone. Recent projects have included the re-design and implementation of the customer experience for a national home builder. The organisational design of an engineering joint venture in the delivery of transportation infrastructure improvements - leading to heading up the behavioural change elements of the transformation needed to deliver for the joint venture organisation including HR, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement and the behaviours, attributes and culture needed to generate high performance. 
 
In 2010, Di took up a five-year transformational role with Thames Water, reporting to the Commercial and Transformation Directors. She was responsible for the development and delivery model for a change in contractor arrangements forming alliances with TW for AMP6. These multi billion pound programmes were designed to improve the operational delivery of TW in accordance with requirements from Ofwat. The alliances were formed from a number of engineering and technical organisations from across the globe with a collaborative approach to delivery and driving efficiency through the removal of duplication of effort.
