Andy Wolfe Consultant
Andy Wolfe has worked with Footdown since 2010, in partnership with Arcadia Consulting. This engagement has extended into delivering leadership workshops and contributing to the evolution of the Footdown business model and toolkits.
As a dynamic leader with expertise in developing and inspiring performance, his enthusiasm and dedication instils a strong passionate foundation with colleagues and clients. Andy specialises in account development and stakeholder management, 1:1 coaching for senior level executives, and high performing team alignment.
He spent his early career with British Gas, followed by the Calor Group then moved to Paris to join Groupe Suez (formerly Lyonnaise des Eaux) where he led the company’s specialist technology subsidiary internationally for 6 years. Andy was then Pro Vice-Chancellor of Thames Valley University – London, where he cultivated a strong commercial culture for the organisation both nationally and internationally. He developed the pioneering Open and Distance Learning business for the University eventually doing a management buyout forming the Open Learning Company in 1999 through a merger with the Open Learning Foundation to create the Open Learning Company.
In 2002 Andy joined Si Group as CEO leading it into the merger with Rogen in 2006, following a period of fast and successful growth in both client based activities and capability in the company.
In 2010 Andy co - formed Arcadia Consulting.
Andy is a Trusted Advisor to a number of clients, past and present including: Accenture, PwC, BT, EE, HSBC, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, NHS, GSK, G4S, SiG plc
Andy is a Liveryman of The City of London and has many respected networks that he supports and support him.
