With a successful consultancy career spanning 20 years, focusing on improving the performance of people and their organisations, Simon has extensive experience in leadership development and executive coaching. He has worked successfully with top teams and Board members in a range of different industry sectors. He has spent his working life in a strongly commercial environment, having spent significant periods of time with two large consultancies, as well as setting up two new consulting businesses. Keen to build on his consulting expertise, and his own commercial success, Simon joined Footdown in December 2006 to develop Footdown’s Thames Valley leadership coaching and mentoring group.
