Malcolm has had a long career in manufacturing with roles in production, sales, marketing and a variety of M.D./CEO jobs with Reckitt Benkiser, Philips, Hawker Siddely, Chloride, Tootal and Coats Viyella. He then bought and ran an engineering business which he later sold to the management team. Learning that the best way to achieve results was through people Malcolm specialised in helping others with their personal development, worked as a leadership tutor, then coach, and ran his own MD’s Group before discovering Footdown.  He is very in tune with Footdown’s values and has joined to lead the Manchester group.
