With 20 years experience in all aspects of organisational change, Josie’s particular expertise and passion lies in the area of people and organisational development. With a philosophy that an organisation can only reach its potential through developing and motivating its people, she works with clients in the areas of individual, team and organisational development to help them achieve this.
