John is an experienced CEO who has worked for both Unilever and Shell in Operating Company and Head Office roles, both internationally (in five countries) and, more recently, in the UK.  He is experienced in running both consumer branded and business to business companies, exercising European Board responsibilities, as well as consultancy roles across Europe, the USA and the East Asia Pacific region. John has recently retired as Chief Executive of a global F&B technology driven consultancy business. John was a member of the Esher Fifteen for a year and was so impressed by the approach and opportunity that he has become the leader of the Surrey Hills Fifteen in April 2008.

John leads the Surrey Hills Fifteen leadership coaching and mentoring group.
