Surrey Hills
They meet ten times a year for a whole day session. These are held once a month except for August, and in September there is an “Advance Session” – a day and a half meeting setting goals for the coming year.
The meetings are largely driven by the group itself, following a format we call an Executive Session, where a Member can bring any issue they have to the table. Additionally, for about half the sessions in a year, a first-class motivational guest Speaker is hired to: provide insights into his/her particular business experiences; demonstrate innovative leadership techniques; stimulate discussion; and so on.
Between meetings each member has a two-hour one-to-one coaching session with the Leader in order to discuss and further his/her individual goals and aims.
