London Chiltern
London Chiltern – Expect the Unexpected
As a serial entrepreneur, a couple of years ago I came across Footdown and decided that, post my chosen early unemployment (at a senior’s age), it was time to put something back.
My facilitation of the London Chiltern Fifteen is based on a number of values: integrity, confidentiality/safety, responsibility and commitment, to name just a few.
Sourced from a broad spectrum of skills, both professionally trained, intellectually experienced and simply ‘university of life’ graduates, our members create the dynamics of London Chiltern that make Footdown an important part of their lives.
We are constantly adding new members who seek to hone their leadership skills and add equilibrium to their lives, balancing health, wealth and happiness – ingredients easily overlooked in the fast pace life of the 21st century.
Value from Footdown is from not only the One-to-One leadership coaching sessions, but also the monthly leadership mentoring group meetings held in a prestigious members club (dedicated to business) in London’s West End. Challenges (commercial, technical or personal), Member’s Issues, Creative Solutions, and Guest Speakers all form part of the mix of the non-routine/informal day. All (including me!) are challenged to achieve, and as Senior Management are drilled, to Expect the Unexpected.
