Mentoring
A mentor is a wise or trusted advisor or guide. Footdown’s leadership mentoring groups offer you guidance and advice from a varied and talented group of fellow Footdown Fifteen group members and, perhaps even more importantly, allow you to become a leadership mentor to others.
What is a Footdown Fifteen?
A Footdown Fifteen is a leadership mentoring and coaching group with up to fifteen members. Each group has a Footdown appointed group leader who facilitates the monthly leadership mentoring meetings and coaches the individual members between meetings.

Who should join a Footdown Fifteen leadership mentoring group?
Any leader – entrepreneur, corporate director, partner of a professional firm or senior public sector employee – who is committed to improving his or her leadership performance should consider joining a Footdown Fifteen leadership mentoring group.
Why should I join?
You should consider joining if you:
- Know you could be a better leader but lack the information, the tools and the support to enable you to achieve this
- Value the peer group learning opportunity that comes from sharing the experience and advice offered by a group of diverse and talented individuals
- Understand that Leadership Coaching is important for you, as well as for the key members of your team
- Want to accelerate the development of your organisation
- Believe that the best leaders need to be both challenged and inspired to remain at their best
How do I join?
Join us by contacting Debbie and – like other Footdown Fifteen group members before you – quickly come to appreciate the power of the leadership mentoring group to make meaningful and significant changes in both your professional and personal life.
