Dr. Gerry Faust is Founder of Faust Management Corporation, a San Diego, CA-based management consulting firm that specializes in providing methods, approaches, tools and systems that help create the insights and environments that allow businesses, their leaders and managers to succeed. He is the Co-Founder of BioniCare Medical Technologies, a fast-growing medical device company that offers a revolutionary new treatment for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. He has had a unique and successful career as a professor, researcher, scientist, entrepreneur business leader, consultant and speaker.

Dr. Faust started his career as a university professor and research scientist in the field of human learning, problem solving/decision making and technology-based training. He has held professorships at the University of Illinois, University of Texas and Brigham Young University. Presently, Dr. Faust is on the faculty of the Executive Program at UCLA’s Graduate School of Management.

In 1971, he and his colleagues founded Courseware, Inc. and as its President and CEO, Dr. Faust built the company to its position as the nation’s premier high technology education company. Courseware had triple digit compound growth each year while Dr. Faust was its President. A very successful business, Courseware was acquired by Andersen Consulting in 1987 and became the foundation for their technology/web-based training and education systems organization.
Dr. Faust has also been President of the Adizes Institute, an international management consulting firm. He doubled the revenues of that very profitable firm each year of his four years as President. In addition, he has over the years served on boards of several companies (both private and public).

As a consultant Dr. Faust has worked with a broad range of business, professional and governmental organizations including the National Science Foundation and a White House Commission. His work with companies has included major organizational change programs and consulting with companies of all sizes including: Ochsner Clinic Foundation, Domino’s Pizza, American Airlines, McCann Ericson, The Aspen Skiing Company, Bank of America, First Franklin Financial, GMAC, Road Runner Sports, Wells Fargo (USA); SKF (Sweden); Ciba – Geigy, Sauder Industries (Canada); Solaglas (United Kingdom); Jeans West, O’Brien Glass, Competitive Foods, Sportsgirl, Sportscraft (Australia), and Saudi Medicare (Saudi Arabia). He has acted as an executive coach to many Chief Executives, established executive education and extensive change programs in many various industries and different cultures.

Well known as a dynamic speaker, Dr. Faust has been invited as a keynote speaker for Associations, Conventions and Business Retreats worldwide. He has been a keynote speaker for the Aerospace Industries Association, National Ski Areas Association, Western Fairs Association, American Association of Advertising Agencies, The International Health and Racquet Sports Association, The Health Care Forum, The Printing Industries Association, The Professional Insurance Association, The Swiss Economic Forum, numerous corporate retreats and annual conferences, as well as several universities, area conferences and chapter meetings of the Young Presidents Organization. In 1986, Dr. Faust was named the year’s outstanding business resource by The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization of over 6,500 CEO’s worldwide, and today is known as one of the country’s top advisors to business owners and executives.
He is the co-author of “Responsible Managers Get Results” (Amacom) that has become a favorite among results-oriented people throughout the country.
