Vikram Banerjee - Insight Delivery Manager
Vikram Banerjee is the Insight Delivery Manager. Vikram combines a background in elite sport with a passion for skills training, knowledge, self-development and an excellent track record for success.
Vikram was a professional cricketer for Gloucestershire County Cricket Club and England Lions, and has played around the world in front of tens of thousands. Inspired by his passion for personal transferable skills development, Vikram set up The Frontiers Group while a student at Cambridge University in 2004, and has built the company from the ground up to an established skills trainer across the UK, alongside his cricket career.
Vikram’s natural delivery style ensures he can engage well at all levels within an organisation. An approach that is focused yet flexible creates actionable solutions that everyone can relate to. One manager from Eversheds LLP commented:
“Really interesting… I can put it into practice in the office immediately and it will help me work within my team!”
Vikram delivers workshops and 1-to-1 coaching with his role at Footdown. To further develop his knowledge base and skill level, Vikram is currently training towards becoming Level 5 accredited from the Institute of Leadership and Management in Coaching and Mentoring. Other diagnostic tools that Vikram is accredited to deliver in are Belbin Team Roles, Myers Briggs and PRISM Personal Profiling. Vikram is fluent in Hindi and Bengali, as well as having basic German.
