Debbie Richardson joined Footdown in the early days when Bath was the only group. She worked initially with Andrew Mercer and more recently with Mike Roe to build the leadership coaching and mentoring groups around the UK. Her primary role is to support the group leaders in their interaction with members and speakers and Debbie’s finger is placed firmly on Footdown’s pulse!

Prior to joining Footdown in 2005, Debbie farmed for a number of years in Wiltshire where her accountancy and office administration experience, gained from working for a variety of businesses, proved invaluable.
