Adrienne Percival combines the role of Chief Operating Officer for Footdown with running the company’s innovation portfolio. She is passionate about developing Footdown Insight, a unique model that enables all the thinking, tools and techniques relating to organisational performance and personal success to be synthesised in one place.  Footdown Insight creates a means of integrating people into the business in an honest and engaging way.  It allows leaders to quickly diagnose issues, and their root causes, and connects to effective tools that solve problems and drive performance.  It builds energised, high performing teams who make great things happen in the organisation and creates better leaders.

Adrienne was formerly an Executive Coach and Non-Executive Director of a national law firm.  Her earlier career was spent at Unilever, Allied Domecq and in two business directorships.
