Footdown is proud of its connection with academia. The opportunity to work both empirically with our clients and to be able to cross check our field work under the rigorous scrutiny afforded by our association with University of bath has been of enormous benefit.
University of Bath
In April 2015, Footdown were awarded a grant from the West of England Growth Fund (WEGF) to undertake a research project with the University of Bath to further develop Footdown's F1.1 Organisational Intelligence Platform (previously called iFootdown). The research project lasted 12 months and has been instrumental in the development of the tool.
Prior to this, Footdown has had well established links in higher education, particularly at the University of Bath where Dr Mike Carter, Director at Footdown, lectures on the Universities' MBA programmes. Mike lectures on the Leading Management and Change module of the course and has done so for over 10 years.
