For the last three years Footdown has been developing a digital diagnostic tool; Footdown's F/1.1. Since April 2014, Footdown has been working in collaboration with the University of Bath to research and produce a High Performance Workplace diagnostic suite of Lenses, with funding from the West of England Growth Fund. The tool rapidly assesses an organisation against three crucial benchmarks: Culture, Performance and Engagement. The results of the diagnostic, enables leaders to rapidly assess the latent opportunities and uncomfortable truths that will allow them to accelerate organisational growth – through developing high performance teams and creating high performance culture.
